P. Casey, Chairman and CEO
Richard Casey founded Netcharge® Payment Solutions
with the mission of providing web-based integrated
services and hosting (WISHsm) applications for
specialized markets, so that companies can realize
the advantages of web-based applications without
developing individual customized solutions.
Mr. Casey also founded, and is CEO and President
of, The Casey Group, a business and technology
services company providing On Demand IT solutions
to small and medium sized growth companies. A
creative technologist with a strong grounding
in business fundamentals, he has designed and
developed business-focused systems that provide
value and savings for his clients. The success
of the company in delivering value is based on
the best practices of simplifying, abstracting
and generalizing at each step of the systems development
life cycle. Prior to founding The Casey Group
in 1989, Mr. Casey held various positions in the
IT industry, beginning his career as a development
specialist at AT&T in 1980. In 2002, Mr. Casey
was awarded the Small Business Entrepreneur of
the Year Award by the Morris County Chamber of
Commerce (NJ). He was nominated for the 1996 Computerworld
Smithsonian Award, a program dedicated to identifying
the men and women, organizations and institutions
that are leading the information technology revolution.
Mr. Casey serves on the Affinity Federal Credit
Union Board of Directors.
Mr. Casey holds an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh
Dickenson University and a Bachelor's degree in
biology from Rider University. He is a graduate
of the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard
Business School.
Jerry
L. Auriemma, President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Auriemma is responsible for all strategy,
planning, and policy decisions for fiscal and
business functions, and for the on-going operations
of Netcharge® Payment Solutions. With an outstanding
track record of launching and growing multi-billion
dollar businesses within highly competitive markets,
Mr. Auriemma has established a client-focused
mission for Netcharge® that emphasizes the benefits
that clients and their customers can derive from
using Netcharge®.
As Chief Marketing Officer for The Casey Group,
Mr. Auriemma was responsible for directing the
evolution of the brand and marketing strategies
to position the company as a premier provider
of IT services and for directing the company’s
investments in advertising, public relations,
marketing, and sales support. Prior to joining
The Casey Group, he was head of various Marketing,
Product Management, Sales Operations and Marketing
Research organizations at AT&T. He led the
planning and launching of AT&T’s entry
into bundled voice and data services across the
U.S. market and directed the launch of the AT&T
Consumer Calling Card, which repositioned that
card in the industry.
Mr. Auriemma holds an MBA in Marketing from Baruch
College of The City University of New York and
a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science/Communications
from Queens College. He completed the Strategic
Marketing Management Program at Harvard University
and the Advanced Management Program at Duke University.
William
L. Ingersoll, Vice President, Product Development
Mr. Ingersoll directs in-house project development
for software products created by Netcharge® Payment
Solutions, as well as development projects for
contracted clients and is the key architect of
Netcharge® Payment Solutions.
A 22-year veteran of the information systems
industry, Mr. Ingersoll has a balanced progressive
background in management, business analysis, and
technical project development. He has extensive
experience in the design, development and management
of large-scale system projects for various industry
segments. Additionally, he has significant expertise
in software product development for resale, both
web based and client server. As Director of Systems
Development for The Casey Group, Mr. Ingersoll
managed the implementation of a large scale project
for the digital cinema industry. The system handles
the management and delivery of DCI compliant film
files (digital film) from post production studios
through delivery to exhibitors’ library
management systems for playback. He worked closely
with industry groups for establishing digital
cinema standards.
Mr. Ingersoll began his IT career in the banking
and insurance industries and held increasingly
responsible positions developing systems for the
pharmaceutical, retail and shipping industries
for Coopers & Lybrand, Merck/Medco and Meldisco.
Mr. Ingersoll has diplomas in both Systems Analysis
and Design and Computer Technology from New York
University.
Robert
E. Michie, Director of Network Services
Bob Michie is responsible for technology direction,
standards and systems integration/development
for networking management and the UNIX/Windows
Server environment.
As Director of Network Services for The Casey
Group, he established the in-house client server
development and production environments, as well
as overseeing the establishment and management
of a co-location environment. He also created
and managed the desktop support group that provides
support to both internal and external clients.
As Director of Network Services for Toys-R-Us,
he was responsible for Network Security, Internet
Access, Remote Access, Network Management, and
Performance Reporting. While at DEC, he supported
State Government, Local Government, and Higher
Education sales teams providing custom solutions
for UNIX, Microsoft, and Digital networking products.
Mr. Michie holds a bachelor's degree in computer
science from New Jersey Institute of Technology
(NJIT) where, as an employee and consultant, he
designed and installed the first ATM network at
a New Jersey university.
Holly
Jamros, Vice President, Human Resources
Holly Jamros plans and directs Netcharge® Payment
Solutions' human resources policies, objectives,
and initiatives, and is responsible for leading
the selection, development and retention of the
highly skilled and motivated Netcharge® professional
organization.
As Vice President of Human Resources for The
Casey Group, she designed and implemented the
Human Resources department. Prior to joining The
Casey Group, Ms. Jamros was Human Resources Manager
for AT&T Network Services, where she managed
delivery of HR and Labor Relations support—including
workforce and succession planning, staffing, performance
management, compensation, and retention programs—to
several large organizations. Her experience also
includes an extensive information technology background
ranging from systems planning, analysis, design
and development to database management and systems
optimization.
Ms. Jamros is a graduate of Douglass College,
with a degree in Mathematics. She is a member
of the Society for Human Resource Management and
is pursuing a Masters in Human Resource Management
from Rutgers University.
